Sounds like the starter is bad, do the lights come on nice and strong or are they dim(head lights)?

The clicking noise, is the starter solenoid, but that means its good, and a new starter does not mean it cant be bad. But lets just say the starter has nothing wrong with it, then it must be the connection to the starter. Check for corrosion and loose connects on the battery wire, from the battery to the alternator to the starter.

I have read the problem and hence forth is the solution which I had myself, If everything is clicking, and streaming fine and the vehicle just wont start, Then your problem is to replace the Crankshaft position sensor, Located between the motor and the transmission.

Did you verify if you have spark and fuel? If you have spark it wont be a crank sensor. I will give you some info on how to check for spark and fuel.
