I replaced fuel pump a couple of years ago and has been parked, it started up and ran fine. Now does not start. After checking the power connector for the fuel pump with a test light it is real dim.

Sounds like either corrosion at the pump connector or the pump itself. They do not like setting.
Do an amp draw test on the pump. 2-3 amps the pump is not actually pumping fuel. 5-9 amps the pump should be pumping. Any higher and the pump is probably bad from setting.
