This car I believe has an alarm system that prevents the car from starting. We checked the fuel pump, when started the car runs fine. Sometimes it will start right up usually after just a brief stop. However if it sits for a while it can have problems starting, It turns over but will not start. It there a relay or something preventing it from starting that is tied into the factory alarm system.

Most alarm systems will shut down the entire ignition system so the engine won't even crank. And, if it related to the alarm system, the length of sitting time wouldn't affect the starting. How does it cold start in the morning? Please advise.
