Intermittently starting issue?

Car will intermittently start, when it doesn't start It doesn't even crank but lights seem to still function. It starts right up the second I put a charger to it. It has a new battery and had this exact issue with the last battery. I'm eliminating battery as a cause. Also, it sometimes continues to crank after she releases the key.

This sounds like the starter control relay or starter motor is bad. Let's begin with the starter relay because it is the easiest and cheapest. Here is the location of the relay and I have included a guide that can help us as well:

I would swap out the relay to see if the problem changes if not here is a generic guide on how to change the starter motor out with instructions below for your car:
