After replacing the instrument cluster panel key is not communicating with immobiliser

I brought a used instrument cluster panel as my old one had faults. What do I need to do to install it. My key isn't talking to immobiliser.

It look's like the cluster needs to be programmed for the car. Here are the cluster replacement instructions. Check out the diagrams (below). Let us know what happens and please upload pictures or videos of the problem.

Let's first try and install the other cluster that had the issues and make sure this is the issue. Also, you need to program the new cluster with the info from the old cluster.

Also, the cluster is not part of the antitheft system so it should not cause the key to not be recognized.

I attached the info below. As you can see there is only a transceiver, key, and PCM. The cluster is not part of this so I also attached the testing for a common code where the PATS module did not receive the proper signal.
