Engine will crank but not start

It has new fuel pump, plugs and wires, distributor cap and rotor and full gas tank but still won't start.

Good morning,

Can you hear the fuel pump run when you turn the key to the on position?

When cranking, do you have a spark to the spark plugs?

Can you check the compression to be sure the valve timing is correct?

You will have an issue with one of these systems.
