Key was grabbed out of my ignition and now my car will not start

I tried to jump it off and it started to turn but would not start. What do you think the problem is? Key is also kind of broken.

Hi,

Have you tried a different key? Also, is the security light indicating the vehicle is in shutdown mode? Was the vehicle running properly prior to needing jump started?

There can be several reasons causing a crank no start. Do me a favor and try something. See if it will start for a couple seconds using starting fluid. If it does, then we know it is a fuel related issue. If it doesn't start, then we will need to check for ignition spark.
