Idling issues and low RPM's

I did a tune-up on a spark plugs wires and then I also had to pull the code for a idle control valve. I switched everything out. I am having a low idle and will not get over 3,000 RPM's. What can I do about it or what is the problem? Also, it still feels like it has got to miss in it?

It sounds like you have a catalytic converter that needs to be checked. Here is a guide that will help get us started:
