I was driving and stopped at a red light it shut off. It was easy to crank back up started driving again and the oil light came on, put oil in it it started right back up. Drove home and it shut down again. Sounding like a fan or blade was hitting against something and it won't turn over or say anything now.

Hi,

When you say it won't do anything, do you mean the starter is no longer turning the engine? Is there any noise when you try to start the engine? As far as the sound, how low was the oil, and could it have been an engine noise you heard?

Take a look through this link:

Let me know as many of the specifics as you can. For example, the starter does nothing or the starter turns the engine but it fails to start.

Also, if possible, make a recording of what is happening and upload it for me to see and hear. It may help.

Take care,

Joe

No, the starter don't say anything when I turn the switch the lights come on and it doesn't start it click one time and nothing after. Like it's just nothing or something but the lights and radio still work.

Okay. My concern now is if the engine is locked. I know the oil light was on and there was noise. Now you only have one click from the starter. It may not be able to turn the engine any longer.

If you look at the attached pic, I highlighted the crankshaft pulley. I need you to get a wrench on it and see if you can turn the engine by hand.

Let me know the results.
