Engine runs rough

I recently changed my spark plugs and wires which are on right I have had checked, but my light is still on and blinking and it idles bad. I put new battery in also because before I drove it would drove but no gas to pedal. Now its still acting up almost everything under hood is new.

If you can shoot a short video and upland here it would really help us see whats going on. If I had to guess I would say you have low compression in one cylinder.
