I have a 2000 hyundai accent 4 door, problem is no fuel. If I spray starting fluid it will run for 30 secs.I have tried to research the fuel system at the library and chiltons but really no info on the electrical portion of the fuel system.I do not hear the pump working and there is no power either. Also I do not believe the fuel gauge is working.I have looked at what I can find for fuses and relays in the engine comp on the left side and also on the left side in the car and all fuses and relays are good. What do I need to do to figure out the power problem? I was told that this car has had fuel power problems before. Where are all of the fuses and relays for the Accent fuel system?

Find the PCM control relay for pump and test it out as described below
