Cracking and popping

I have a 2001 Hyundai Elantra, 82,000. When I put my car in reverse I get a popping noise coming from under my car. When I turn my wheels I get a craking noise too but only when im drving not when its parked. I also have resistance from the shifter when I put the car in park.. These all may be different problems but if someone can help me out that would be great!

Take a look under the car at the boots on the CV axles. Check them all. There should be a minimum of four but could be six. Two or three per side. Are any of them torn, ripped, leaking grease?

It doesnt look like any are torn but it looks like there is dried grease on the axel coming from the cv joints
