I know that code mean a problem with the manifold put what exactly?

The code P0108 is a Manifold Absolute Pressure/Barometric Pressure Circuit High Input
This means you have a bad map sensor. It is located on the throttle body and the part number is C7004-183531. It cost about $70.00
A 20 minute repair held on by two screws.
