Dash issue

I have the EX two door model with a vetch motor. The car will start roughly then when it turns over the rpm's, and the temperature gauges do not work. The check engine light is on along with the immobilizer light. My check engine light scan tool will not connect. The car drives but once hitting around 3200 rpm's the car will bog. What could this be?

It sounds like a possible bad PCM. The only way to check it would be using a factory level scan tool and see if it can talk to the ECM. Then it would be possible to pull the codes and see what the issue is.
