Just bought a used Civic. Tail Lights do not illuminate when head lights are on. Turn signals work. Reverse light works. Break lights (left, right and center) work when brake applied. Please let me know what I can look at to get my tail lights on. I've had the car for two days and am not familiar with it yet. Thank you.

Thanks, Fuse #15, a 7.5 fuse was blown. Is this a common issue that's indicative of a bigger problem that you may be aware of or just $@*% happens item.

Not aware of any problem the fuse may have blown during a repair or bulb change.
