My clutch won't engage. What could be the problem

Check your clutch fluid level located on the driver side firewall. If it's low, check your master cylinder and slave cylinder for leaks. You may also have a leaking line or flex hose.

Checked the fluid level. It's ok. Checked for leaks but found none. Can it be the Clutch Release Bearing? Anyways, I think I need to get professional help on this. Thanks so much for the info!
