Recently I've been noticing fluid leaking from under the passenger side dashboard. It has to be water because it doesn't have a scent and there is no odd texture to it. I looked under the hood and there is fluid leaking from a hose as well. It is a substantial amount of fluid coming from both leaking points. I've been told it may be a cracked Heater Core hose. Just curious as to what it may be. Thanks in advanced.

Pressure test your collant system if its a heater core it will leak under pressure car off and cold on the other hand the evaporator takes the water out of the air as it cools your car so if it only leakes when the ac on you can probley clean that tube out so it will all go outside.
