1999 Honda Civic Transmission occasionally slipping

About 5 days ago I started hearing a vaccum leak and could not find it. Now my transmission will occasionally slip. Now I am worried that I need it rebuilt do to the shaking problem I am having that I posted on a different question. Help please. I dont usually do honda's.

For the tran slipping, when does it occur?
Was any repairs carried out prior to it occurring?

Did you try any gumout etc to edetect the vavumn leaks?
