1998 Honda Civic Ignition

I've replaced the distributor coil, the cap & rotor and the engine stills cuts off after a minute or two, what am I missing?

Check fuel pressure and for STRONG spark (blue bright spark).

If you have both, it's another issue, such as a faulty sensor. Is the check engine light on? If so, scan it.
