I have a 1998 Honda civic 3DR Hatchback. I have had an engine swap. B18C1 GSR 1.8L engine. Just today I was driving and then it acted like it had no power and shut off. I tried to start it but with no success. It starts up with ease but will not stay running without giving it gas. I cannot run engine codes unless I re wire the whole car because of the swap. I replaced Battery, Spark plugs, idle control sensor. Checked all fluids and they were right on the money with the levels. I dont know what it could be.

You have to perform some basic tests, like get a spark tester and check for spark at the spark plugs, drop a few drops of gas in the throttle body/carberator and see if it starts, get a gauge and check fuel pressure, ect.
