My car runs very weel inside the city but whenever I go to longdrive my car heats up even without running AC. I have to stop the car while engine is running then after 3 mins the temperature gets down but again when I speed up the car the temperature rises. Cooing fan is also direct running all the time. I also cleaned up the radiator 2 months back. Headgas kit has also been replaced 1 month ago.

I also went to the mechanic & asked him to check everythingh he said that every thingh is perfect ans did not bale to detect the problem

Please note tha no issue at all while driving intercity with AC in traffic jams.

What is the problem.

Hi faseehkhan,

If you do not have problem with depleting coolant level, the problem is due to inefficient cooling and possible causes are :

1. Thermostat not opening fully.
2. Coolant passages partially clogged.
3. Radiator clogged.
4. Weak water pump.
