I have a 1995 Honda Civic - 4Dr. Sedan EX with 189k miles. I have been experincing a lot of noise coming from the rear end of the car. I thought it was my tires, but I replaced them today, and I still have the noise. The faster I drive the louder the noise gets. It sounds like a low pitched whine at low speeds and steadily increases in pitch and noise level at higher speeds. Along with the tire change I also had new rotors and pads installed. I thought sure the noise was coming from the uneven wear on the tires. The car vibrates pretty hard at 60mph. Any Ideas?

Check the wheel bearings. They sound very similiar to the noise of a irregularly worn tire. If there is play it may also be the source of the vibration.
