1991 Honda Civic Front Brake Rotors

Each front brake rotor is held on by 2 Phillips head screws. The Phillips heads are stipped out to where they can no longer be removed with a screwdriver. Any suggestions on how to remove these screws?

Drill baby drill! Or melt them out with a torch, or use a chisel make a slot for a screwdriver, then heat with a torch, let cool, and they should come out. A hand held impact with the philips bit is how it's done!
