I have a 92 Honda Accord with 250,000 miles 4cly
When I give my car gas the rpm's go up really high and I have to give it alot of gas to get it to go anywhere When I do I can smell something burning. I know my fuild levels are fine. I have no problems changing gears. Then when I was driving in 4th gear my cars rpm's droped like I had the clutch pushed in, once I came to a stop I could not change the gear into first very well. Once I got it into first it would not go anywhere no matter how much gas I gave it. Thank you for your time

Your description sounds like the clutch is slipping-check the clutch components-M/C, Slave/Cable/Clutch Assy.
