Major tuneup done but it still idle correctly?

I have a 97 honda accord and I just had a major tuneup done but it still idle correctly after the motor warms up the car will not idle at 800 rpm it drops to about 200 rpm and shakes the entire car I had the idle tuned but they seem to keep me looking for diffrent answers every time I let them try somthing I still get good gas milage and good pick up they said once it seems to be misfiring when it idles

Hello,

This idle issue can be due to a faulty idle air control valve (IAC).
If the IAC is dirty it could impact the idle. Over time larger air particles get stuck to the inside of the valve and restricts air flow. If it get bad enough it can cause the idle to suffer.
Many times you can improve the idle by simply cleaning out the IAC.

The IAC is located on the center rear of the engine compartment on the side of the throttle body (see diagram).
