originated from the power steering leak, and repaired at the steering rack. After being repaired, any noise when the moment turn. Until a high pressure hose replaced the results remain sound when turning. What components should be repaired other than the above?

If it is groaning noise that you are experiencing, common items that would cause it are :
1. High pressure hose.
2. Power steering pump.
3. Fluid quality.
4. Clogging of hoses.
