Power steering leaks

My power steering leaks when I cut my air conditioner on. I replaced the reservoir with a new one, but it happened again today. It stiffens up also when I turn wit the air conditioner on. Is my power steering pump the problem?

To check to see if the pump is bad, while parked turn the wheel left and right. If it is hard to turn then raise the rpm's to around 3000. If the steering gets better then your power steering pump is bad.
