1999 Honda Accord HEATER

The heater does work but it doesn't always blow. There is something under the dash on passenger side that if kicked, will start the blower. Question is does it sound like the whole thing needs to be replaced or if there is something loose that can be easily repaired?

Are you kicking the blower motor housing or a relay?
