1998 Honda Accord HELP PLEASE

I started having problems about one month again and they are seemingly getting worse. My car started out randomly shutting off while I was driving. The gauges would drop out and the SRS light would be lit for a little. I would throw it into neutral and turn the key to start it back up. Sometimes is would start back up and run perfectly fine. Other times it grind like it was already running and then the gauges would come back and be fine. NOOWW I am having trouble starting it. It turns fine but just doesn't fire up. Sometimes if I keep gasing it and trying to start it, it will fire up and run perfectly fine. Can anyone help?

Hi tanksboard,

If the dash lights do not show when the engine stalled, it could be a faulty ignition switch.

When you are not able to restart, does the dash lights remain showing?
