Ok I am looking over the wiring diagram for the starter and need some info so I can help you. I need to know what model of accord DX, LX, or? What engine 2.2 or 2.7ltr? Also weather or not it has factory anti theft and if so does it have keyless entry or not. Get back to me so I try to get you some answers.

Have you pulled a spark plug wire and put a phillips screwdriver in the end to and put it next to metal and cranked it to see if you have spark? If not please do this first and then we will go from there. THanks

I pulled a spark plug wire and with a screw driver
put it to metal. Cranked it over no spark. Tryed with
a differnt wire and the same no spark.
Would this mean the coil is bad?

Ok lets test that coil. You will need a digital multi meter so you can do an ohms test on coil. I will also include a pic of the coil and wire harness for the test. First you will unplug the electical connector form the coil and the coil wire. Then you will see the letters for the connector this is used so you know what terminals to test on the coil itself not the wire harness. So now hook your meter between terms A and B on the coil it should read.45 to.55 ohms ok. Then you will hook up to term A and C on the coil and it should read 16,800 to 25,200. If you have any other readings then the coil is bad. Let me know what you find and we go from there if needed.
