1997 Honda Accord 97 Accord vibrates

Hello, I have 97 manuel accord which has 171000 milage on it. When I hit on the acceleration it starts vibrating, especially the 4th and 5th gear and it generally after driving by 50-60miles and especially when I go up to hill, ( it happens less when I drive on the flat road). It has broken motor mount under radiator and axcel problem on the right front driver. May these problems cause the vibration or which one may cause or there may be another problem? Thanks
