1997 Honda Accord

2 back and 1 front left tires are style rims tire sizes are P225/45 R18. The 1 top right is a regular honda tire P205/65 R15 can I drive my car with my wheels like this?

Hi yang,

Based on the tire sizes, they are different by 1.5 ins in diameter but ie when tires are new. Used/worn tires would be different.

Difference is not much and theologically it can be applied, but the threads and surface contact are different so braking efficiency would be different.

I would not advise using it, only as a temporary measure as if you are using a spare tires.

It you must use it, make both front tires same, put the different tires at rear left.
