My Accord started making a low "humming" noise a few months ago. It has gotten louder and now has a "whump, whump' with it. Several people told me that I needed to replace a tire(which I did), and then have my tires balanced(which I did). Noise has not gone away. It is not an engine problem as the noise stops when the car does. It sounds like it is coming from the front. Any suggestions?

Recheck all tires and make sure none of them have uneven wear or a shifted belt. Also, tell me if the sound changes pitch when you make turns.

Sound does not change when making turns. But then it isn't that loud driving through town. I can really start to hear it at 40 and above. Thanks!
