I first notice the noise and vibration when I was running over 60 mph. I brought my car to a shop and tire rotation was done but the problem still occurred. Lately, even at slow speed I could hear that grinding noise in my front tires, the sound of the noise is varying when turning the wheel from left to right or right to left. Is this noise caused by the tires because my tire's size is 205/65/15 bigger than the original one which is 195/65/15.
