1994 Honda Accord running rough

Hi I would like to know why my car is running rough at idle it is ok but when running on some speeds it hesitates and starts studdering I have a air intake AEM and I have DC headers would that cause my car to run bad my check engine comes on and it says that the map mensor is doing it I took it off a other car like mine does the same I would like to know what else I can look for or what else I can do thanks

The MAP is probably having issues due to the miss causing the vacuum to jump. Last tune up? Have the valves ever been adjusted? The MAP will make it stutter and hesitate, but need to get rid of the miss first
