1994 Honda Accord Emmission Didn't Pass

I just bought this car and took it to get the emmission with the nitric oxide was like 3 times too high. Should be 910 and was 2790 then 1006 and was 2883. I'm afraid of being ripped of and don't know the first thing about catalytic conveter or engine cooling. Could it be something minor. The other specs were close but passed. All I did was change the oil before hand.

Check your egr valve, this drastically affects nox.
