1998 Honda Accord How to replace 1998 Honda Accord Catalyti

Check engine light is on and mechanic told me to replace catalytic converter so I ordered one from online website. Now I need some help in locating the catalytic converter and also need the instructions for how to replace it?

Do I need any joining tools like welding or any thing?


Converter which is already installed and which I ordered both says Direct Fit.

For locating the catalytic converter pictures of the actual converter are greatly appreciated.



Please help in this matter.
