Engine has high idle?

When I start the truck in the morning, especially when it's cold or cool, it acts as if it has a stuck choke, I know EFI doesn't have a choke. So where should I look? After I let it warm up some and turn it off then restart, it idles down as it should.

Hello, I'm Danny.

It sounds like you might be having an issue with the IAC - idle air control motor. Here are 2 tutorials for you to view relating to IAC motor cleaning and replacement:
