Heater core and climate control

Heater core leaked on floor and fogged wind shield. So I put coarse pepper in the radiator this stopped the steam and leak. One hose only is delivering hot but the other is not. There is full power. Fan, AC, and rear defrost front defrost, but no hot in the heat. Not at full engine temperature not at all.
