When I turn on either the heat or air they both work however my dial will only work on high. I purchased a new blower motor resistor at O'Reilleys but it still did the same thing. Ay ideas on what else could cause this?

Do you
have the same problem?

At the front blower motor, pink wire with white tracer is voltage. The orange wire with black tracer is ground. The low speed doesn't use the selector switch. With the hvac on low speed, check for voltage at the resistor assembly, Orange wire with black tracer. If no voltage, maybe wiring circuit problem. Another issue, If very little voltage no voltage on that circuit, it could be going to ground, like it should, but the blower motor isn't cooperating/faulty blower motor.
