How do you replace the blower motor resistor?

The blower motor resistor is located in dash below center of glove box

Its simple as anything. The plastic piece that everybody kicks with their foot on your passenger side pops off downwards, you will see your actual blower motor itself and the relay box, the relay should be the only thing detachable without tools. Dont ignore the problem for too long. It might make itself a bit toastyer and you wont even need the blower.
