The headlights on my truck listed above 2500hd won't come on all. Of the
fuses are okay and when I pop off the relay and put it back in I can hear it
clicking, but I have no power from the headlight up past the main plug. Any
ideas on where the problem may be?

Hi,

Have you checked the relay? I realize you hear it making noise, but it could still be bad. Take a look through this link. It explains how to test one.

If there is a relay with the same part number, try that.

Next, if you are certain the fuses are good and both relays check good, then we need to check for a ground. If you look at the two pics below, the first indicates the relays and the second shows the two grounds needed (highlighted) and I circled a splice in the wiring. If you find there is no continuity to the G104 and G106, follow the wiring back from the ground location and locate and check the splice.

Here are a few links you may find helpful:

Let me know what you find.
