My passenger headlights went out both hi/low beam. Bought a brand new bulb did not work. Changed headlight switch and relays no luck power is coming from the under hood fuse box for all headlights no voltage from the socket wires. Do I need to check the wire harness or if there’s a break somewhere? Any help would be appreciated thanks.

Did you check the fuses 5 and 6 that power the light? I would take a test light and test them first, then you need to determine why they blew if both are bad. I would suspect a bad ground if both are bad, that would increase the current draw and could blow the fuses.
It won't be the relays or the control module as those control both lights, they don't split until the fuses. If it was a relay or control both sides would be out.

Check the fuses and then go to the light and test the black wires that are the ground leads using the test light connected to battery power. If the light works on both then the ground should be okay and it was the fuses. One thing you might try, take a couple pieces of wire and jump the bad bulb to battery power and see if it lights or not.

Hi Steve, power is coming from all headlight fuses no blown fuse, no power coming from the wires that are connected to the socket I used a led voltage tester for that.

Okay, then there is a break in the wire harness feeding that light, has the car ever been hit on that side? To find it you will need to check along the harness and see if you can find the spot where it is damaged or corroded. The diagrams don't show any splices or connectors in the wires all the way back to the fuse boxes, that doesn't mean there are none but I suspect there are not any. Another test just to eliminate a potential issue, remove those fuses, then look for any corrosion or damage to the contacts in the box. Attached is the harness routing.
