HEADLIGHTS NOT WORKING

I have a 1994 Honda Accord LX 4 door 73000 miles 4 Liter car. My problem has been that my front headlights are not working at all. I was told that it was a relay, but i'm not sure. If so, what type of relay do I need to purchase as in model brand and number. And where can I go online to purchase. Is it easy to install? Your help is much appreciated. Thanks.

Under the hood there is a fuse box. It contains the relays as well. See if there is another one and swap to test.
