My headlights in my truck are automatic so I never have to switch them on so I never really think of them but today I noticed one bulb was burnt out. So I thought. But my 1 low beam was on passenger side and high beams were dim on drivers and passengers. But drivers side low beam is not burnt out.

Check grounds for headlights on left hand rear of engine and left hand radiator support also check fuses in under hood fuse box. Finally check dimmer switch if bulbs are okay.

That looks like a bad connection or the bulb is bad but is shorted inside the capsule enough that it works. I would start by changing the bulb and cleaning the contacts in the connector to the bulb. Also pull and re-seat both of the headlamp fuses in the under hood fuse box. If that does the trick great, if not post back and we can check for a wiring problem, but the way these lights operate that isn't as likely as the bad bulb.
