Can hear gurgling noise from inside the car but the sound begins when I turn the engine on and can also hear gurgling when accelerating. There also seems to be a coolant smell coming from the vents. There is no over heating of the car and coolant level seems to not change. I do have a power steering leak coming from the rack and pinion.

Good morning,

This sounds like you are hearing the coolant flowing through the heater core in your car.

Check the coolant level to be sure it is not low. The noise comes from the air in the system.

The smell is coming from an external leak. You will need to do a pressure test to determine the area of the failure.
