After replacing all AC parts AC turns off when accelerating

Replaced all AC parts and it comes on but as soon as you start to accelerate it cuts off.

It sounds like the system is overcharged and the high pressure cut off switch is being activated. Here is a guide to help confirm the issue.

The shop I took it to supposedly pulled the vacuum and charged the system.

Can you tell me what shuts off the air through the vents or the cold air?

The compressor its self cuts off.
