1997 Chevy Tahoe A/C blows in one direction

A/c works but blows in one direction only. Top & bottom(feet & defog). Was told that it was heater blend door actuator. How to locate this part on car. And is this the problem.

Many parts can be found by using the Auto Zone website. They have a component locator. If that isn't the problem, it could be a broken vacuum hose. I have seen these hoses cause the heater door to stay closed.
