After replacing ECM green security light turns on and car shuts off

I recently replaced the ignition and ECM. The car starts and runs, but doesn't get far before a green security light shaped like a key shows up and the car shuts off. Is there a way to pair my ignition and ECM without going to a dealership?

Here is a general reset for the ECM:

Turn the ignition switch off, and remove the No.13 clock backupfuse (7.5 A) (A) from the passenger's under-dash fuse/relay box (B) for 10 seconds. (See picture 1)

I have to be honest, since you replaced both, I suspect it will have to be returned to a dealer or someone that has the programming capabilities. However, try the ECM reset to see if that helps first.
