I had put the wrong cable which was negative to positive. It sparked. I replaced fuses, but not now my fuel pump isn't even coming on. Think by putting cables wrong way maybe somehow burnt my fuel pump up? Replaced fuses, but in order to start I have put gas in carburetor and needing answer.

It shouldn't have burnt up the pump as there is a relay in the system that would have been open at the time. I would go over all of the fuses using a test light just to be sure. Plus I believe there is at least two fusible links in the wiring on them, it will look like a normal wire but have large rubber sections where the fuse link is soldered in place.

If you find a few fuses that do not have power you will need to look at the links, they are normally near the battery or coming off the starter up to the fuse system.
